"Deep effortful bodywork is not necessary to achieve profound results"

Post-Op Care
Support your body's natural healing process after surgery with our comprehensive post-surgical care program. In addition to Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage, we offer a variety of treatments designed to address the specific needs of each recovery phase. These therapies work synergistically to minimize swelling, bruising, and pain, reduce the risk of infection, and increase energy, allowing you to resume your daily activities more quickly. We highly recommend 1-2 pre-surgical MLD sessions (at least one within 72 hours of your surgery) to prime your lymphatic system for optimal post-operative recovery. Please note: We do not perform incisional drainage.

Light Therapy
Experience the power of light therapy, an FDA-cleared treatment that stimulate cellular function and accelerate the body's natural healing processes. Light is applied to the area of concern for a range of benefits, including pain relief, reduced inflammation, skin rejuvenation, and faster recovery. Light therapy can address various concerns like post-surgical healing, acne, scars, wrinkles, muscle and joint pain, arthritis, and fibromyalgia and more. Use it on its own or combine it with other treatments for optimal results. Multiple sessions are recommended for best outcomes.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Recover faster and more comfortably after surgery with Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). This gentle, specialized technique, developed by Emil and Estrid Vodder, helps reduce swelling and inflammation by encouraging the natural drainage of lymph. MLD uses light, skin-stretching movements and incorporates deep diaphragmatic breathing to optimize lymphatic flow. It's a gentle, non-invasive treatment that uses no heavy pressure. MLD can be beneficial for a variety of conditions, including swelling from cancer treatment, insomnia, stress, anxiety, pre- and post-surgical recovery, pregnancy and postpartum care, PTSD, arthritis, and more.
