Membership Policies

Monthly Massage Membership

Regardless of the adjectives we assign to it (pampering, rejuvenating, therapeutic) or the reasons we seek it out (a luxurious treat, stress relief, pain management), massage therapy can be a powerful ally in your healthcare regimen. The incredible benefits of massage are doubly powerful if taken in regular “doses.”  Taking part in this form of regularly scheduled self-care can play a huge part in how healthy you will be and how youthful you’ll remain with each passing year.  


  • Enjoy one 60 Minute session per month

  • Share your membership with another family member or gift one to a friend

  • Roll-over unused sessions to next month( up to 2 months before they expire)


  • A minimum of 6 months commitment is required

  • Massage membership payments are automatically debited from the member’s registered credit/debit card each monthly on the selected date indicated by the client. The monthly charges will continue automatically each month until a termination request is received.

  • Your monthly membership entitles you to a single “60 Minute Session” each month, (depending on the plan selected) on or after your scheduled payment date

  • 15% discount on other 60 minute treatments should multiple treatments be needed within a month

  • You may upgrade to a longer session at an additional charge

  • You may also share ONE accrued session

  • If you do not use your session for that month, it will simply roll-over into next month up to 2 months after which it will expire

  • If your membership monthly payment is made you will be considered an active member in good standing.



  • A 1-hour session consists of the FULL 60-minute session time, providing the client arrived on time to their appointment.

  • This membership and services purchased under this membership are non-transferable to any other person or entity.

  • For purposes of identification and billing, you agree to provide us with current, accurate, complete and updated information including your name, address, telephone number, and applicable payment data. You agree to notify us promptly of any changes.

  • You have the entire length of your membership to use your membership services as long as your account is not frozen and is in good standing.  Any unused services will expire should you elect to cancel your membership or not to renew your membership.

  • All Memberships auto renew.  Your dues will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless you have given written notice to pause and/or cancel your membership after the initial 6 months via email or letter.

  • We reserve the right to revoke membership at any time for misconduct on our premises. You will be responsible for payment in full upon revocation of membership.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time upon reasonable notice. Should prices increase, you have the right to cancel membership without penalty during the initial period following cancellation guidelines as described below.

  • We have the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason.

  • Pre-paid membership services have no cash value, are non-transferable, and services expire 2 months from the date of purchase according to agreed terms.  We reserve the right to terminate or deny re-enrollment for an indeterminate amount of time if you have an unsatisfactory payment history.

  • You have the right to receive notice in the event we make any change to the terms and conditions of your membership that will vary the amount to be periodically billed to your account specified above. Except as expressly provided herein, we may modify our services or the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time without notice and such modifications shall be deemed effective immediately upon making such changes.



You may cancel your appointment without charge with 24-48 hours advance notice. Cancellations without 24-hour notice AND no shows will result in a forfeited session, as that time has been set aside specifically for you.



You may cancel this agreement during the initial term of your membership upon the following conditions: Your death or permanent physical disability, or if you move more than an hour away. Written notice must be given at least 30 days in advance to avoid additional charges to your account. Contracted membership services will be forfeited at the time of cancellation effective date.



After the initial 6 months term, you may cancel at any time. All cancellations require 30 days written notice or email and are effective within 10 business days after the 30-day notice period. Payments due prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled.

If through no fault of ours, your payment account does not contain sufficient funds to complete the transaction, or your payment account or credit card does not otherwise permit the transaction to be executed, you will be charged a $35 insufficient funds fee. We will contact you to update your account with a working payment method.
